Key Actions:

  • 🧠 Finalize Fedoraq’s technical concept, use cases, and alignment with DoD/agency priorities

  • 📝 Identify best-fit grant programs (e.g., DoD SBIR, AFWERX, DHS Silicon Valley Innovation Program)

  • 💼 Build team bios, pitch decks, quad charts

  • 🤝 Engage with PTACs, grant consultants, and prospective end-users for letters of support

Deliverables:

  • Defined roadmap for prototype requirements

🚧 Phase I Grant Execution (Oct 2025–Mar 2026)

Goal: Develop a technical feasibility prototype with agency feedback.

Deliverables:

  • Working feasibility demo (internal only)

  • Metrics from stakeholder testing

  • Phase II grant proposal submitted

🚀 Phase II Prep & Strategic Growth (Apr–Sept 2026)

Goal: Secure Phase II grant to fund full platform buildout.

Key Actions:

  • 🏗 Plan MVP architecture with security, scalability & CMMC in mind

  • 🔒 Begin FedRAMP Low planning doc & security model

  • 🤝 Formalize partnerships with MSPs, compliance consultants

  • 🧠 Begin UI/UX design for full MVP

  • 🎙 Present findings from Phase I at NDIA, NCMA, or SBIR showcases

Deliverables:

  • Phase II award (goal: $750K–$1.2M)

  • Finalized MVP spec sheet

  • Strategic partner MoUs (e.g., MSPs, compliance advisors)

📦 Phase II Execution Start (Fall 2026+)

Goal: Build, test, and prepare to launch the full Fedoraq platform.

Initial Phase II Focus:

  • Core platform development begins (subcontractor onboarding, FAR/DFARS engine, CMMC scoring)

  • Security architecture hardened (SSO, RBAC, audit logs)

  • Begin internal alpha testing with partners
